The Big Bear Grizzly newspaper will have classified ads for some yard sales, but there will be signs everywhere around town, so just get in your car and set sail!
When?
Starting on Friday morning (May 27, 2022), you will have the “locals advantage” because most visitors have not yet arrived in Big Bear for the weekend. So, if you are a serious “Yard Sailor”, plan to be up and running early Friday morning. There will still be lots of great treasure-hunting on Saturday too, the earlier the better. Sunday sales start to have slim pickin’s, although you may find better bargains. Get up early, grab a cup of Joe, and bring plenty of cash and space in your vessel.
